 Privacy, Shipping, Returns

Privacy Policy - Customer emails and information will not be made available to any third party for any reason.

Shipping - We offer FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 US states! Other shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail, but may also use UPS for packages weighing more than 4 pounds.

Returns -
   1 - Buyer pays return shipping charges in all circumstances.
   2 - Defective items may be returned within 30 days (postmarked) of delivery for replacement of the same item.
   3 - Due to the cost of repackaging/restocking and because substantial shipping charges are included in the purchase price, returns for refund/exchange cannot be accepted.

Display-stands Purchased Separately
       -Our Display-stands are made to fit our marionettes. We can make no  assurance whatsoever that they will fit other marionettes. Buyer assumes this risk.  Under no circumstances (except as stated above in ‘2’) will Display-stands that are purchased separately be accepted for return.

       ...has specialized since 1981 in the design and production of fine wooden marionettes. The goal of the business since its inception has been to develop high quality string-puppets which are easy to use yet lifelike and to offer them for sale at a reasonable price.
     The creative process includes the sawing and milling of reclaimed white-birch hardwood and then the hand-turning, carving and painting of nearly all the wood parts that make up the finished product.
     Thus, the wood from which the marionettes are made passes through our hands many times in many forms before taking its final shape in the products offered here.
